How to use Abyssinian / Daikon Oil as a Deep Conditioning Treatment and First Time Use: 

Wash hair with a clarifying shampoo. For greater scalp benefits use Neutrogena T-Gel or T-Sal (not affiliated) (see How to Apply Exotic Oils to the Scalp). Towel very dry. Saturate your hair with oil. It should be slick but not dripping. Cover your pillow with a towel or old t-shirt as oil will stain fabric. Rinse out with hot water in the morning. If it is still oily you can wash with a mild shampoo. For my daughter, we don't rinse or wash it out. We just braid her hair and let it soak in for the rest of the day too. These oils are also great for your skin, so don't worry about excess.
